Bus Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS: 

If your trip is more than 48 hours away, you can cancel and receive an 80% refund

If your trip is more than 24 hours away, you can cancel and receive a 50% refund

To cancel, simply send us a message on WhatsApp with your booking reference and your request to cancel

If your departure is less than 24 hours away, we’re unfortunately unable to issue any refund, as the schedule has already been prepared. However, if you know you won’t be travelling, please still let us know—otherwise, the driver will wait for you, which may cause delays for other passengers

Just message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and let us know you won’t be travelling

 

As a thank-you for informing us, we’ll send you a €2 voucher to use on any of our other services. 🙏

DATE / TIME CHANGE: 

If your trip is more than 24 hours away, we can change the date on your ticket for free (one time only).  Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your booking reference number and the new date and time you would like to travel 

Taxi Cancellation Policy

Taxi cancellations and date/time changes are handled on a case-by-case basis. We can usually accommodate most changes, and the earlier you let us know, the more likely we are to be able to help.  Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your booking reference number and your request

In the event of a cancellation, please note that your €10 booking fee is non-refundable

If you do not turn up for a booked session, or cancel last minute, we may charge some of the taxi fare to your card, as the driver will already have been sent to your location
